Our fully managed service further includes property and tenant management, compliance monitoring, rent collection, tenancy monitoring, arrears collections, periodic inspections and end of tenancy services. The aim of our fully managed service is to make everything as easy as possible for our landlords. We will only ever get in touch if a situation requires a landlords attention and authorisation. Furthermore, we will keep landlords up to date with regulatory changes. Finally, our fully managed service can include a rent guarantee bolt on, where our landlords are protected for 15 months in the event of a non-paying tenant, with an additional 3 months cover post eviction at 75% of the monthly rent and full landlord legal expenses cover up to £100,000 which includes eviction costs.
Our lettings services extend beyond standard tenancy agreements and cover company lets and short term lettings. All services are No Let No Fee.

Some of the above services are available to landlords who are on a fully managed service for free. We welcome enquires from non-client landlords as well but we will advise prior to any charges commence if we can assist. Short Term Lettings
Short term and holiday lettings have become extremely popular in recent years and offer an opportunity for landlords to boost their income and revenue without having to deal with complications or red tape of the Housing Act. A few definitions exist of short term lettings but its generally any let that is less than 6 months. For example, a hotel booking for a night or week.
