Please include as much detail as possible. Once we receive your complaint, we will reach out to you and attempt to offer a satisfactory solution. Our general timescale is two weeks but please allow extra time for more complicated cases. If your case is not resolved after 8 weeks or you are not happy with our resolution, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Property Redress Scheme (PRS).
